When will my credit card be charged?
All orders placed with a credit card will be charged at the time of check out.
When will I receive my refund?
You will receive a refund 5-7 days after the merchandise has been returned to our warehouse and inspected to your initial payment method.
Can I cancel an order?
Please contact CustomerService@MadeToOrder.com to request an order cancellation. We will do our best to cancel any order if the request is made prior to the order being placed into production. If the order has been placed into production we will be unable to cancel.
Return Policy
Factory Direct merchandise is custom-made-to-order and ships directly from the supplier. It is not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please make sure to refer to the "Factory Direct" notation listed in the product name before finalizing your purchase. In the event that you receive a Factory Direct item that arrives in a defective condition, we kindly request that you contact us at CustomerCare@MadeToOrder.com for further assistance with your order. When reaching out to MadeToOrder, please be sure to include an image of the item for our review.
Please note that any claims related to defective Factory Direct items must be filed with CustomerCare@MadeToOrder.com within 30 days of receiving your order. If applicable, we will promptly send you a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a refund to your original payment method. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding of our Factory Direct policy.
